    2. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
  1. Arbitration
    1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or relating to the purchase of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Berkshire County, Massachusetts.
    2. Both parties agree to participate in the arbitration proceedings in good faith. Massachusetts statute G.L. c. 251 §10 requires that the arbitrator determine who will pay the costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees.

  1. By placing an order on the Florvino, LLC website, you agree to the following terms:
  2. Florvino, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, force majeure, or suspected fraud.
  3. While we will make every effort to release updated price lists each January and/or provide 30 days’ notice on price changes, prices for products and setup fees are subject to change without notice. Florvino, LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
  4. Florvino, LLC's liability for any product defects or issues is limited to the cost of the order. In no event shall Florvino, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its products.
  5. If both a Florvino order form and a PO are supplied reference the same order, the order form will prevail over the PO in the case of any discrepancy between the two
  6. Where custom items have been ordered, no refunds will be issued, and order cancellation will not be possible once layouts have been approved.
  7. Full payment is due upon approval of the layout(s) and production will not commence until the layouts are approved and payment has been received.
  1. Intellectual Property
    1. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Florvino, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
  1. Privacy Policy
    1. Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    1. Florvino, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the intended economic effect of the original provision.
